At Waxed & Wicked, we strive to provide fast standard delivery to any address domestically. Due to COVID 19, there may be a delay in shipping.
All orders placed Monday - Friday (except holidays) will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days upon receipt of payment. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. Waxed and Wicked is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once your purchase is in the possession of the shipping carrier. If you have any issues regarding tracking an order after it has shipped, we ask that you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to an order once it has been placed. This includes change of address, change in quantity, or change in candle. Waxed and Wicked reserves the right to cancel any order that is placed with incorrect information.
If your purchase is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or the shipping carrier is not able to deliver your purchase, we are not responsible for the new shipping fees. If your purchase is returned to us, you will be contacted within 10-14 business days so that new shipping fees can be collected or your order will be canceled.
