We’re sorry that you did not love your purchase. Waxed & Wicked is committed to your satisfaction, so if you aren’t happy with your candle purchase or the scent is just not for you, you can return the candle within 14 business days of receiving your purchase for a store credit. We can only accept returns if the candle(s) are unopened and unused; however; customers are responsible for the shipping of the returned item. If an item is returned that is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny your request for a store credit.

Once an item has been placed it cannot be canceled.
